Cura was a divine Roman goddess whose name means care or concern. Aesthetics, on the other hand, refers to the work we do...although we don’t approach it quite like everyone else. When you combine the two words, you get Cura Aesthetics, a name that signifies how we’re reimagining the Med Spa industry: through caring.

Cura Aesthetics is a modern med spa in San Antonio, TX founded by Brittney Burns. After serving as a nurse in Covid-19 wards across the country, Brittney had an epiphany that her health and wellness impact for her patients could extend beyond the walls of a hospital. Thus, she decided to open her own med spa focused on caring for people’s self-confidence and happiness. Thus, Cura Aesthetics was born.
Cura’s Mission: To create a luxury aesthetic experience for patients seeking skilled, thoughtful, and comprehensive care.
Brittney’s Vision: To offer a caring cure for traditional Med Spa experiences by putting every patient’s holistic health first.
Cura’s Philosophy: In a space saturated with transactional Med Spas focused only on outward appearances, we believe that you can’t look your best if you don’t feel it first — and that a little caring can go a long way. That’s why we cure our patients from the inside out through expert care with an enduring emphasis on holistic health. The result? Clients who leave feeling (and looking) like the whole packages they are... and ready to take on the world.

Inspired by clean and soft neutrals, Cura Aesthetics’s color palette is calming yet visually strong. It has gender-neutral appeal with lots of sophistication. The colors are named after various natural elements, giving them a grounding quality.
